Police arrested three people in two separate operations on Saturday. After stopping a motorcycle in St Paul’s Bay, officers detained a 28-year-old Colombian man and searched his Żebbuġ residence, where they reported finding about 40 sachets of suspected cocaine, ketamine, MDMA and ecstasy, plus a scale. In Marsa, officers searched a vehicle occupied by a 37-year-old man and a 43-year-old woman, reporting another 56 sachets of suspected heroin, cocaine and synthetic cannabis, together with cash. The first man was expected in court on Sunday; investigations into the Marsa arrests remained open.
